Individual Art Therapy sessions
Art Therapy can be especially useful if you are feeling stuck in talking therapy or if you struggle to verbalise emotions. You simply may want to reconnect with yourself in a different way.
Format of the sessions:
- 50 minutes.
- in-person or online
- If you opt for an in-person session, then all materials are provided.
Fees: £85 per session for individual sessions
Brightstead Group Art Therapy
Our group art therapy sessions offer a gentle, creative space to explore your inner world alongside others on a similar journey. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to engage at your own pace.
Each group runs over 6–8 weeks and includes:
Themed sessions with a clear, supportive focus
Art materials and gentle creative prompts
Time for group reflection and optional sharing
A safe, non-judgemental environment where you can simply be yourself
Common themes we explore include:
Self-worth and identity
Navigating loss, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm
Emotional regulation and expression
Reconnection with creativity and playful self-discovery
These sessions are about connection, healing, and self-expression—held in a space where your voice and experience are always respected.
Fees: £200 – £260 depending on the group format
